At The Tog Bag, we want your experience to be a great one! If for any reason, you are not happy with your product, you can return your product, in perfect condition, within 10 days of receiving your item.
We only accept returns that were purchased from the The Tog Bag Website, and no other retail location.
To request a return:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. In the subject line, please include the word "return" AND your order number. In the email, please let us know why you want to return your product.
Once approved, please mail your bag to the address provided. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the bag back to us.
Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed and the funds to be refunded.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items that are defective and reported to us within 6 months of purchase. This does not include scratches or tears of the surface of your bag due to misuse or abuse. This warranty does not include the wear of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty does not cover any loss of equipment or time. Any reports after this time are classed as wear and tear, and we are not held liable for replacing. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
